At MobileXS your satisfaction is our number one priority and we want you to feel comfortable when you order with us.
We offer easy returns or exchanges for any reason within 10 days of receiving your order (subject to the exceptions noted below). Once we receive your returned items, we will issue you a store credit you can use on any of the products on our website, or at a later date.
To conduct a return/exchange, simply login to our online return portal and select the items you are looking to return. We will then be in contact with the information you need to return your items.
Once the package has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, your store credit will be issued via email. Return inspection is generally completed within 48-72 hours once the package has been received.
Please note the following conditions and exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be unused and still in its original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Customers are liable for all postage costs for change of mind returns. Shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit amount.
- Please ensure returns are packaged safely. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Store credit must be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
Note that if the above conditions are not met, we may not accept returned goods. Unaccepted returns will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
